  • Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities to drive growth across the organization, optimize the business, and establish learning within the culture.

  • Participate in the review processes and workflow to diagnose areas for improvement, then executing on plans for improvement.

  • Own data collection, normalization, and reporting that allows functional departments to monitor their performance and drill down to identify / analyze improvement opportunities.

  • Facilitate functional optimization by partnering with functional leaders to optimize processes and metrics within their departments.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a senior operations role in thriving SaaS start-up with high growth and scale.

  • Chief-of-Staff at a SaaS startup with a focus on operations and problem-solving

  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly while dealing with multiple people, teams, projects, and priorities.

  • Entrepreneurial personality who understands operational management and enjoys diving into the details of operations and finance to represent our mission.

  • Continuous focus towards the success of the company, employees and stakeholders.

  • Someone who is just the right amount of crazy to join a high performing startup, and is innately comfortable and energized by working in an environment of rapid change and limited supervision.

Why working here is F*&!#@N awesome!

  • Get in on the ground floor of a growing company with a clear vision to scale in the Denver area.

  • A fun, creative and collaborative work environment with playful yet hyper-motivated peers.
