Director of Client Services

The Director of Client Services is the day-to-day manager of an extremely talented and dedicated Client Services Team at NextHealth Technologies. They promote and provide exceptional client service and report to the SVP of Client Services. The Director participates in and assists Technical Project Managers and Client Engagement Managers with all matters of client delivery. They will have a relentless drive for creating quantitative and qualitative value at each individual account and for creating exceptional customer satisfaction. The Director of Client Services will lead onboarding, implementation and troubleshooting with all clients. They will travel frequently to clients to build and maintain successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the day-to-day aspects of individual client delivery, including implementation, ongoing execution, and results capture and presentation
  2. Manage a team of Technical Project Managers and Client Engagement Managers
  3. Maintain an active onsite client presence and develop relationships at all levels of the organization, alongside NHT’s SVP of Services
  4. Identify and resolve barriers to delivering exceptional client results; ensure high level of internal visibility to and prioritization of client issues/opportunities
  5. Work with the SVP of Client Services to maintain and improve the quality and documentation of our services methodologies
  6. Will be a champion of frequent, accurate reporting on client status across the organization
  7. Collect and communicate client feedback (e.g. “Voice of the Customer”) into the product
  8. Promote a company culture focused on client value

Qualifications – Required

  1. 8+ years of post-graduate experience
  2. Analytical, data driven, detail oriented, and process-oriented mindset
  3. 5+ years of experience in consulting or other client delivery
  4. 2+ years of managing a client service/delivery team
  5. Strong professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications – Preferred

  1. Understanding of the health care payer landscape with experience serving payers as customers
  2. Experience in healthcare technology
  3. Experience implementing complex and large scale software solutions
  4. Experience supporting the growth of a venture/growth equity-backed technology company
  5. Experience delivering a complex analytics solution
  6. Advanced degree in business or other relevant field

Other

  1. Travel required a minimum of two to three times monthly
