What You’ll Do

SurveyGizmo is looking for a hands-on individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal customer-service oriented candidate for this position can progress with minimal supervision and pick things up quickly, is driven, and is able to work with a fast-paced team. This self-starter can work independently but is also a good team-player, and is able to work in an environment where transaction volume is high, work assignments can change frequently and deadlines can be short.

Reporting to the Controller, the individual should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both on paper and over the phone. 

How You’ll Spend Your Days

  • Resolving customer inquiries on a daily basis related to their billing issues
  • Enthusiastically support customers by phone, email and other web-based tools.
  • Accurately identify, analyze and resolve billing issues in a timely manner
  • Work in a team environment to achieve shared goals
  • Lead process improvement to provide best in class customer experience
  • Continuously endeavor to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 2-3 years working in Customer Support, preferably related to customer billing
  • Find a way to problem solve
  • Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence
  • Independence to find your own answers and keep learning
  • Ability to prioritize and get things done with many distractions
  • Proficient with computer software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude to be a self-starter
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a high-volume transaction business
