Customer Support Associate
Logan + Lenora, a Denver-based ecommerce fashion startup, is looking for a full time customer support associate. Flexibility with schedule.
This person will help answer all our customers’ questions that come in across all media: email, website, social media, SMS, and voicemail. Email is ~90%. Internally this person will be the voice of our customers and provide the rest of the team with anecdotal insights from their communication with customers.
25% of this person’s time will be helping with admin projects (Think: running reports, data entry, spreadsheets, collecting & disseminating info across departments)
To be happy in this role, you’ll need to:
- Have a super cheery disposition with a sense of humor. We love our customers, and want someone in this role to love them too!
- Be a highly organized and detail oriented person. To care for our customers we have to provide accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries
- Have at least 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role
- Be comfortable assisting customers with shopping recommendations and replying to Instagram comments in a fun/cheery way.
50% remote position with half of the hours worked here at our workshop/studio. A great role for someone that needs flexibility. This position includes some weekend hours.
