Job Description

The Customer Success Manager’s primary responsibilities are to take ownership of a portfolio of Conga customers, commit to their success, and relentlessly work to remove barriers to adoption both within their organization and cross-functionally within Conga.

Responsibilities:

Engagement

  • Serve as the customer advocate and quarter-back for all customer’s interactions with Conga
  • Become a trusted advisor and advocate for customers’ executive sponsor(s)
  • Establish strong relationship & understanding of client’s organization to help prevent churn
  • Ensure and articulate the business impact realized through Conga products
  • Drive advocacy from the customer for Conga

Adoption

  • Lead, drive, and manage Conga product adoption and associated change within large, complex, enterprise organizations
  • Remove adoption roadblocks by performing light system configuration

· Conduct EBRs (Engagement Business Reviews) and deliver Engagement Success Plans (ESPs) to the customer

KPIs

  • Directly responsible for securing all renewals for your customer book-of-business
  • Increase Adoption Scores across each of your accounts and across your book-of-business
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Customer organization and work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure closure
  • Work closely with Support and Professional Services to ensure resolution of customer’s technical projects and support issues within SLAs
  • Oversee implementations and ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing customer success
  • Up to 50% travel
