Customer Success Manager

| Greater Denver Area

Ombud is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team. We’re launching a new service offering to better serve our customers. This service specializes in generating quality proposals that educate prospective buyers on a product or service. The Customer Success Manager manages and curates content that is routinely used in proposals to empower the sales team and protect their subject matter experts from constant requests.

You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) response process with named accounts. To this end, you should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be able to quickly establish credibility and drive content deliverables to completion in an organized and timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) response process within named accounts, incorporating stakeholder inputs, reviews and client-driven deadlines
  • Develop project plans for each RFP, including deliverables and deadlines for all assignees
  • Read RFPs carefully to understand and build response strategy
  • Escalate non-responsive assignees when appropriate
  • Perform regular progress reports to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Review full response for grammar and cohesiveness
  • Finalize formatting of final proposal for submission
  • Gain business and product knowledge through successful completion of our Customer Success on-boarding program
  • Garner customer adoption 
  • At all times, promote end user satisfaction with our product and services
  • Maintain account benchmarks to ensure customers realize the value of Ombud Rx

About You:

  • 2-5 years of project management experience
  • Prior professional communications experience highly preferred
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to exceed the norm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write articulately and persuasively
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, often under time constraints and with changing requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
