The Strategic Customers group was recently established with the aim of ensuring our users are happy with and get maximum value from using Wix products. We’ll make sure that our customers’ feedback will be conveyed to our internal teams and products/processes are being improved accordingly, to increase the value of our customers going forward.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to be part of a unique team that will be responsible for the success of our top customers, across all Wix products.

You are:

An Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with  2-4 years’ experience in those fields. You’ve worked with users and consumer web or mobile products in an Agile software development environment. You’re obsessed with customer success, can empathize with customer needs and pains, are passionate about creating great products, and you’re skilled in researching and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases.

You’re a strong team player and self-starter that is ready to be part of and shape a newly created team. You should be able to effectively communicate with colleagues in your team and around the globe, make sure your team succeeds as much as you do. You must be an excellent English verbal and written communicator.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our top customers and build their loyalty towards Wix, get their feedback and represent their voice within relevant decision junctions to improve our products according to their business needs.
  • Take accountability for the success of Wix’s top users assigned to you, their satisfaction and the value they get from Wix products by taking their perspective and business’ needs as first priority.
  • Back your teammates and help them succeed with the top users assigned to them.
  • Communicate effectively within your team and across other Wix departments such as Support, Marketing and Product Management, for Wix’s different products.
  • Suggest and communicate (internally) new products or services that would solve strategic customers’ needs.
  • Speak intelligently about products’ functionality as well as deliver key value propositions in a clear, concise manner.
  • Introduce new solutions to customers, per their business needs, and increase their usage of Wix products.

We're located in the LoDo area, within walking distance from Coors Field, Larimer Square, and less than 10 minutes from Union Station.
