Webroot is looking for a Customer Advocacy Manager that is driven and results-oriented who can work collaboratively to help build out and optimize our advocacy and engagement programs to drive increased value to Webroot. Candidates who are autonomous, personable, open to learning, collaborative, and have a proven track record of achieving business objectives will be at the top of our list. This position will drive referrals, testimonials, references, social engagement, product feedback, and more to support strategic sales, marketing, and product initiatives.

 

Job Description:

  • Cultivate a community of customers to increase customer loyalty that will contribute to renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Develop high-quality written content that drives customer acts of advocacy
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, product, sales, education, customer success and events teams to support cross functional campaigns
  • Engage with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle. Monitor and respond to Advocate Discussion posts across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest customer advocacy trends and customer engagement strategies
  • Act as the advocate for our Business customers and Partners communicating their feedback to internal teams and relevant information back to our customers
  • Establish KPIs, create review cycle, and provide insights on customer behavior to continue to optimize campaign success
  • Analyze and evaluate advocacy campaigns and strategies to determine current and predict future performance and effectiveness
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives such as testimonials, case studies, and referrals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a related customer facing position
  • Proficiency in Influitive or similar customer advocacy software
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with B2B customers and customer-facing teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving, leadership, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree level; preferably in marketing, sales or communications or equivalent experience
  • Previous Advocacy Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, or Account Management experience preferred
