SDxCentral is seeking a client relationship manager to join SDxCentral’s client fulfillment team. We are looking for someone with three to five years of experience in a performance marketing agency, digital marketing, or ad agency working as an account manager, traffic manager, performance manager or relationship manager.

We are looking for a candidate who can deliver precise execution, skilled relationship management, and be a strong bridge between the client and fulfillment team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a bridge between the client and the fulfillment team through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution
    • Regularly engage with the client to ensure all client deliverables are delivered on time and meet specifications for order fulfillment 
    • Run all client-facing campaign kickoff meetings
    • Ensure order timeline alignment between client and fulfillment team
    • Ensure the program manager has everything they need from the client to properly stage campaigns and ad orders
    • Ensure Studios editors have everything they need from the client to properly execute content creation and staging
  • Provide regular updates to the client and sales team on order fulfillment status including sending demand generation reports, ad reports, and timeline updates to the client
  • Effectively supervise client health by promptly responding to client communications, monitoring potential risks, and escalating risks before they endanger order fulfillment and renewal
  • Own the success of assigned clients ensuring that they meet their KPIs and define concrete percent-renewal goals
  • Work with sales and business development to tee up consultative meetings and renewal opportunities
  • Provide feedback on process improvements and take on special projects aimed at improving client satisfaction

The Skills We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital traffic, production and/or project management within an ad agency or digital marketing agency
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team
  • Ability to track and execute multiple client-touches to ensure order delivery
  • A consistent track record of being able to execute a plan
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask across teams, projects, and priorities
  • An ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (G Suite), Salesforce, Slack, WordPress, Zoom, and social media platforms

  • While you place a high value on maintaining positive client relationships, you are not afraid to repeatedly approach a client to deliver assets on time
  • You have experience managing client accounts and/or as a project manager
  • You enjoy taking ownership of projects and driving cross-functional teams towards common goals
  • You want to work in a fast-moving company, own and design initiatives, have goals and responsibilities that are critical to the success of the company as a whole
