The Client Development Associate supports the sales team and client engagement with our solutions.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage numerous internal processes and projects for the sales teams and clients.
  • Document clients’ deliverables, schedules, organizational structures and share with the sales team
  • Assist with presentations, case studies, estimates and proposals
  • Schedule client meetings and facilitate client and team communications
  • Actively participate in client calls and meetings
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of customer success plans
  • Create, recommend and implement solutions that match Healthgrades solutions and resources to benefit clients, address their objectives and facilitate their engagement with Healthgrades
  • Lead and facilitate client product training
  • Triage and manage client support requests
  • Become team SME for internal processes, documentation, tools and product experts

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in solution-based client facing role or 2+ years’ experience working with Healthgrades’ products
  • Possess Integrity, Intelligence & Curiosity, and Energy & Commitment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with managing, delivering and solving complex projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, seek answers, problem solve, time manage, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A strong team player that values teamwork
  • Understanding of database and analytics functions with a business or marketing application
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and across the organization
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate detailed and complex concepts or plans through written and verbal mediums
  • Ability to educate, influence, and coach client stakeholders on Healthgrades’ solutions, services, and processes
  • Ability to respond calmly, thoughtfully and thoroughly to client and internal demands or negative situations
