Headquartered in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Metrix is currently expanding its operations to support an enrollment and customer service center for the Denver Preschool Program.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

A bilingual Eligibility and Enrollment Specialist to determine eligibility and enroll applicants into the Denver Preschool Program (DPP). This position reports directly to the Program Manager and will have day-to-day responsibility for processing Denver Preschool Program applications, monthly attendance records submitted by preschools and handling inbound calls from families and DPP preschools. Additional responsibilities include data entry into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, outbound calls to families and DPP preschools, and meeting accuracy and production goals.  There is also a chance to take on additional responsibilities as the team grows.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assists parents and preschools in multiple phases of the application and enrollment process, ranging from applying through the payment of tuition credits.
  • Effectively works with our client, coworkers, parents, and preschools to achieve program goals around accuracy and service standards.
  • Accurately enters data into our enrollment database, determining eligibility for all incoming applications for the Denver Preschool Program (SugarCRM)
  • Communicates with families and preschools to follow up on pending applications or enrollment and attendance records.
  • Collaborates with teammates to ensure accuracy of application processing, data entry, attendance, and tuition credits through regular quality checks.
  • Provides outstanding customer service by phone and email and notates all correspondence in our CRM
  • Interacts with Denver families and preschool providers on a regular basis regarding applications, eligibility requirements, attendance and general inquiries.
  • Helps to handle around 5 to 10 incoming calls a day from families and preschools
  • Becomes Denver Preschool Program eligibility and enrollment expert in order to education customers on program services and eligibility requirements
  • Assists with one off projects as needed

 

Qualifications:

 

  • English language fluency
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish fluency) preferred
  • Ability to be self-motivated and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree very strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in: eligibility and enrollment; accounts payable; case management; data entry; or other relevant administrative/clerical work experience.
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • High level of comfort learning new databases and computer applications, including Excel, Dropbox, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience managing and working with a CRM system is a plus but not required (bonus points if you are familiar with SugarCRM!)
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Regular and predictable attendance required
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities as they arise
