By collecting, correlating and analyzing motor vehicle records (MVRs) and other data sources, we identify driver risk and enable our customers to modify their drivers’ behavior, reduce accidents, ensure compliance, and lower costs — ultimately improving driver and community safety.
What You’ll Do:
SambaSafety is currently seeking a Webinar & Event Coordinator based in our Denver, CO corporate headquarters. The Webinar & Event Coordinator will divide their time between managing all logistics associated with the research, creation, promotion, and delivery of a recurring virtual webinar program, and with managing all logistics associated with tradeshow registration, booth planning, shipping, and internal attendee communication.
This role is a member of the demand generation team and is focused on increasing revenue through online webinars and tradeshow attendance.
Success in this role requires a high level of tactical organization skills and the ability to meet frequent deadlines.
WEBINAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a regular online demand generation webinar series and recruit appropriate clients, thought leaders and SambaSafety staff to participate.
- Create and execute a webinar promotion plan using Marketo.
- Create and maintain a library of webinar content from draft to completion in coordination with the Content Team as appropriate.
- Manage set-up, promote, execute and report on webinar events through GoToWebinar.
- Distribute webinar leads to sales using Marketo and Salesforce.
EVENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage a tradeshow and event calendar
- Manage all attendee and booth registrations
- Support speaker submissions
- Assist with booth design, SWAG and collateral ordering, and booth engagement plans
- Manage and keep tradeshow closet organized and supplied
- Oversee all booth and tradeshow shipping
- Distribute event leads to sales using EventGeek, Marketo and Salesforce
What you’ll need:
- Fluent or eager to learn webinar best practices and strategies for audience and speaker engagement.
- Strong live video presence
- Excellent organizational, listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills to deliver programs on time
- Ability to handle stressful situations and be improvisational should the unexpected happen
- 1-2 years of experience delivering presentations or speaking in front of audiences is preferred
- Experience working with a webinar engagement platform (GoToWebinar or similar), marketing automation (Marketo or similar), and Salesforce a plus
