What you'll do:
- Grow new leads including marketing qualified leads by attracting and converting website traffic through calls to action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management
- Regularly update website content, including text, infographics, and multimedia growing the website visitor audience, minimizing bounce rates, and increasing engagement
- Build social media presence extending website traffic and thought leadership
- Manage both organic and paid search programs
- Manage and improve monitoring dashboards and improving click-through rates, traffic, conversions, and optimal cost per click and cost per conversion
- Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging and metadata management
- Manage all activity within Salesforce and the MarTech stack, serving as the business-champion for all software platforms
- Partner with the technology team to ensure the digital infrastructure is interconnected and effective
- Work with both Salesforce and the MarTech stack to identify best practices and system upgrades and lead implementation of both
- Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels
- Conduct analysis on marketing and sales data to provide business insights and counter-measures
- Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and/or marketing operations for a software company, including website development, SEO/SEM, CRM, CMS, LMS, marketing automation tools, etc.
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business – MBA in Marketing or related business degree strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation, website and social media analytic tools
- High analytical skills and with a metrics driven approach and a drive for data-driven decision making
- Excited to optimize marketing automations using insights and continuously drive for efficiencies in marketing operations
- Understanding of next generation ops tools and different attribution models is a plus
- Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and consistently delivering on time
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
