Marketing Operations Director

Responsibilities:
- Partner with other marketing leaders to set, manage, and execute on the Marketing vision and deliver the marketing plans to support growth and reduce churn
- Own Marketing departmental planning process and cadence, improving the way we develop holistic, end-to-end marketing strategies and plans
- Act as chief Global Sales & Marketing storyteller and content owner for Board of Directors and Investor presentations, as well as internal events like All Hands, Sales Kick-off, and President’s Club
- Responsible for building and managing the marketing budget - annual, quarterly, day-to-day - and partner with Finance to ensure that we achieve operational targets
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives including special projects that help us achieve our growth targets, investment planning, and operational design
- Build and track marketing performance analytics and ROI through implementing new attribution and tracking methodologies
- Develop core performance scorecard
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales on joint metrics
- Reports to the CMO, with a dotted line to the SVP, Commercial Operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in marketing; 5+ years in marketing leadership roles
- Familiarity with demand gen best practices and processes
- Understanding of Marketing technology landscape, measurement and attribution approaches
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot (preferred), Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot
- Track record of strategic story-telling and being able to make compelling arguments to executive leadership, including PowerPoint design and vertical/horizontal logic
- Detail oriented and strong cross-functional program management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- “Test and learn” mindset - comfortable taking calculated risks
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritize by working closely with the marketing and sales teams for best roadmap
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze ROI and performance across a variety of channels
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a highly complex B2B industry
- Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
- Experience in client service roles a plus
- Base salary range in CO: $96,200.00 - $128,250
