Junior Marketing Operations Analyst

We at FRONTSTEPS are trying to disrupt the Community Association industry by integrating our family of products into the lives of community managers and the residents that they serve. Our marketing team is looking for a new analytic and technical resource to join the team. This individual will work with the director of marketing to build reporting for analyzing lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and executive summaries. The Operation Jr. Analyst will also be working in our marketing automation tool, Marketo, to execute marketing campaigns around our acquisition, sales enablement, and lead nurturing campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Marketing to setup, launch, and optimize campaigns through Marketo.
- Pull data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and our internal systems for reporting needs.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for improving existing or creating new campaigns.
- Take ownership of our lead scoring within Marketo to push higher quality leads to our sales team.
- Work directly with the sales team to solve problems that arise.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with web-based systems/tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong MS Excel skills required, SQL plus.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Creative problem solver and quick thinker.
- Excellent time management skills.
