Position Description
As an Event Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will be part of a select team focused on planning, organizing, and tracking outcomes for elite events globally. You will work with multiple groups across Zayo to ensure proper planning and execution of events. You will be responsible for maintaining the Zayo merchandise website and all inventory of promotional materials. Supporting the sales teams from a training perspective will also be prevalent in this role.
Responsibilities
Manage promotional products used by marketing team and Zayo employees (catalog of items, accurate inventory levels and tracking, website updates, as well as recommendations when item(s) need to be replenished)
Assess and vet items in Zayo Merchandise Store to ensure items are on-brand and able to be utilized by both Zayo employees and for sales and marketing purposes
Support the organization and execution of events and tradeshows
Support with scheduling, booking and coordination of local events
Organization of internal meetings and events
Vendor/Venue research
Manage key contact data for events
Ensure campaigns are kept up to date post-event (contacts, leads, opportunities)
Track and report on campaign progress and success
Provide customer service for internal and external clients
Support all company initiatives, provide actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as an information source and ambassador for the company
Help with scheduling of sales training cohorts
Assist training team with strategy and action items for sales training
Work with a competitive, driven team to achieve comprehensive goals and objectives
Qualifications
Experience with negotiation
Energetic and team-oriented
Some College or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with high standards
Self-motivated, punctual, and well organized. Must be detail-oriented.
Adaptable and “can-do” attitude
Experience working within a budget
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce experience preferred
1+ years of event marketing experience
