Email Marketing Specialist

- Manage and execute promotional email marketing strategy and operations that supports customer acquisition and retention
- Lead day-to-day execution of email campaigns including email content development, A/B testing, sending emails using Pardot, & optimizing results
- Own day-to-day management of email campaigns in Pardot
- Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to build and maintain promotional email calendar
- Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, spelling, and brand standards
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
- Proactively suggest opportunities and experiments to improve campaign performance through A/B testing
- Determine and proactively measure email marketing KPIs
- Work collaboratively with demand generation team members
- Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues and other experts; communicate and share best practices, training
- Ensure consistency with branding guidelines, tone & voice for all communications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience within email marketing
- Demonstrable experience managing email marketing campaigns on a B2B marketing automation platform such as Pardot (preferred), Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking to analyze campaign performance
- Experience with operational and process orientation
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
- Track record of developing and managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies, processes and brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Pardot certification a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience marketing to mid-market and strategic clients in a highly complex industry
- Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
- Passion for technology and infrastructure
CO base pay range: $55,600 to $74,000
