Digital Marketing Strategy Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor the Digital Strategy team
Oversee digital strategies across mid-market accounts, acquisition marketing, channel marketing and customer marketing
Analyze relevant channels and outlets, develop budgets and flowcharts, and recommend tactical implementation and timing
Contribute to programmatic strategy and media planning across sales objectives and marketing OKRs
Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital campaign performance
Communicate and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to drive business objectives
Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a B2B digital strategy role
Ability to drive a cohesive strategy across multiple teams with the willingness to get into the weeds with the team if required
Deep understanding and working knowledge of digital and social media platforms, trends and best practices
Proven track record of successful campaign oversight and strategies
Ability to think strategically about the user experience across platforms to develop compelling cross-channel and lifecycle campaigns
Experience crafting strategy as well as tactical implementation
Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
Expertise in digital marketing best practices
Detail-oriented, flexible with an ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities
“Test and learn” mindset - comfortable taking calculated risks
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in acquisition marketing, driving net new logos through the funnel to revenue
Experience marketing to mid market clients in a highly complex industry
Ability to manage work effectively with freelancers, agencies and other outside vendors
Passion for technology and infrastructure
CO pay range: $78,800-$94,100/annually
