Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Boulder office. You will work closely with a dynamic and fun team of writers and designers to help acquire new web traffic (leads and customers) through a mix of digital marketing initiatives including (but not limited to) website content, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and search engine marketing (SEM). This multifaceted position requires strong technical acumen, experience with emerging digital marketing technologies (conversion optimization, website analytics, marketing automation, and digital advertising tracking) and a manical focus on business growth and digital marketing return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Respond to and implement digital support requests & edits, updating the website by editing content and creating new pages using Markdown, GitHub, Jenkins and Atom platforms
- Create, update and optimize landing page to increase conversions
- Assist with SEO and usability best practices
- Assist in creating web analytics reports routinely using Google Analytics and monitor metrics to assist in analyzing content/campaign success
- Assist with PPC and SEM campaigns and measurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or marketing-related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in website development, and digital marketing
- Experience with SEO, PPC and SEM
- Experience with Markdown
- Experience with Atom, Jekyll, and Jenkins systems
- Working knowledge of a CMA (Wordpress, Drupal, etc.)
- Able to handle fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard work hours when required to meet deadlines and accommodate global schedules
