Demand Generation Manager

Job Description:
- Define, build, and run Zayo’s demand generation strategy and programs for top named Large Enterprise accounts
- Responsible for opportunity creation from Leads to Opportunities to Closed/Won, hitting annual and quarterly pipeline and revenue goals
- Deliver operational excellence around planning and reporting
- Lead a cross functional team to drive maximum efficiency in our sales and marketing processes
- Support regional teams in development of narrative and creative assets to be utilized in campaigns
- Build and execute marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
- Partner with sales to identify target accounts and align all ABM go-to-market activities
- Partner with product marketing and content marketing to develop the most relevant and impactful content
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
- Work with Marketing Ops to develop processes for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
- Reports to the head of Revenue Marketing
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools like Pardot/Marketo/Hubspot and Salesforce (CRM)
- Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience managing targeted, personalized campaigns across multiple platforms
- “Test and learn” mindset - comfortable taking calculated risks
- Detail oriented and strong cross-functional program management skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing buyer journeys
Preferred qualifications
- Experience marketing to large enterprise clients in a highly complex industry
- Experience with ABM tech stack (6Sense, Demandbase, etc) and overall martech stack
- Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Passion for technology and infrastructure
- Base salary range: $106,800-133,500.
