HR Associate Manager, Recruiting Administration
Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of HR Associates
- Serve as escalation point within the HR Recruiting Administration function
- Subject matter expert on variety of Recruiting topics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
- Acts as liaison with third party vendors
- Ensure high-quality standards for all HR activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the HR organization.
- Successfully administer key components of Arrow’s onboarding process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions Center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and Applicant Tracking System). Answer HR recruiting policy-related questions, provide guidance to managers, employees and candidates, and escalate as appropriate.
- Educate managers, employees and candidates of services available to them and encourage self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS).
- Execute critical HR initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services.
- Utilize Workday to process specific recruiting related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
- Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries
- Ensure processes and procedures are documented in standard process flow and standard operating procedure (SOP). Routinely reviews for updates.
Experience / Education
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred, or a closely related field
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations in a fast paced and changing environment
- Solid ability to handle confidential, sensitive and critical issues with demonstrated history of a commitment to ethics, honesty, integrity and credibility.
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job board postings preferred.
