Job Description:
Our next HR Associate will be a part of our Corporate HR Team within our HR Solutions Center. This is an exciting team to be a part of as you get to work with many aspects of HR and support many people throughout the organization. We're looking for a candidate who has some HR experience but is looking to learn, grow and would like a long-term career in HR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, a professional demeanor, the ability to think outside the box, and strong Excel skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Administers pre-employment activities, including, but not limited to, coordinating forms, applications, offer letters, drug testing, and background checks.
- Fields general, straightforward inquiries from candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
- Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.
- Schedules candidates for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews.
- Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required.

- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous HR or business, administrative, or related experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
- Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, offer letters, verification of employment, and other HR-related correspondences.
- Continuously suggest process improvements focused on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR teams to execute critical HR initiatives that deliver best-in-class employee services.
- A self-motivated professional who is a quick learner and enjoys providing customer-focused assistance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate effective office practices and etiquette.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

- Highly prefer previous HR experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), SharePoint, Workday or similar systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a customer facing position preferred.
- Experience working with customers over the phone preferred.
- Experience working in systems preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- ServiceNow and Workday experience a plus.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
