Who are we looking for;
LogRhythm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Revenue Operations and Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience with executing, measuring and reporting for Sales and Marketing functions. The right person for the job, can complete assignments independently and meet tight deadlines.
The Revenue Operations and Analytics Specialist will work closely with members of the Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, Finance, and Enablement teams to drive revenue; Strong relationship building is a must!
Here’s some of the challenge ahead;
- Work closely with and under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations on delivering accurate regular reporting packages both automated in our business systems (Salesforce.com, Marketo, etc.) and within excel models.
- Own the maintenance and management of all global Sales Quotas and assist in strategic territory and quota planning throughout the year.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data accuracy including hierarchy, calculations and reporting are correct
- Generate and manage reports and dashboards out of company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and Clari to track sales performance by region.
- Own the administration of the Clari system, including timely updates to position changes and optimization to drive adoption within the sales force.
- Ensure the timely and accurate onboarding/offboarding of the entire sales organization (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Partner, Directors, and VPs) to drive a seamless experience for new hires and terms.
- Document business processes for the Sales and Marketing organizations and ensure processes are being followed
- Maintain sales org charts and territory maps
- Other ad hoc reporting and tasks may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year experience in an operations or data analysis role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and initiatives and pick up new skills quickly and efficiently
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Clari System a plus
