Field & Partner Marketing Manager
How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking a motivated, passionate Field & Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Collaborating with the Partnerships Team, Sales Team and our partner ecosystem, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, thought leadership, demand and revenue growth for Cin7.
We’re looking for someone who can think through scaling our global audience and also has a keen eye for how to leverage partner relationships, events, and campaigns to amplify customer acquisition and expansion. You will have the opportunity to spearhead efforts to identify potential partners, build relationships with existing partners, and collaborate on joint marketing campaigns to promote Cin7's products and solutions.

If so, here’s what you’ll do in this role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy and seek new opportunities that align with Cin7’s brand and business goals.
- Build and manage tailored co-marketing campaigns with our top partners, spanning from awareness to close stages, including industry events, webinars, content, and digital campaigns.
- Lead ongoing partner enablement, collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts to deliver resources, campaigns and kits that can be easily consumed by the various partners types to help them drive demand.
- Plan, execute and support global field marketing activities. Ensure events, both live and virtual, are aligned with omnichannel campaigns and optimize results in terms of awareness, inquiries, funnel conversion and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with regional Sales and Partnership team leaders to understand business objectives. Partner with fellow Marketing team members on campaign concepts, messaging, content, creative, promotion and optimization.
- Manage the marketing budget for partnership activities and events, ensuring efficient resource allocation while optimizing engagement and lead generation.
- Forecast, analyze, and measure impact. Be accountable for the ROI and deliver reporting on performance.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years of experience in field and/or channel partner marketing
- Experience working at global technology companies, including SaaS / Cloud companies
- Experience partnering with top-tier partners along with both tech & channel partners
- Experience with marketing technology including Hubspot, Salesforce, Partner Management software, etc.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability and flexibility to work globally – working within a global team
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
