The Role
CompanyCam is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a drive to proactively pursue prospects, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with enterprise-level clients in the trade industry. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will play a crucial role in driving CompanyCam's continued success.
In this job you will...
- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities within the commercial and enterprise sectors with a focus on the trade industry (e.g., roofing, HVAC, exteriors, windows).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, leveraging market insights to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Utilize proven sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or Challenger to effectively qualify leads and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.

- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a demonstrated track record of success in enterprise-level account management.
- Have proven experience and knowledge of selling within the trade industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or Challenger, and the ability to apply them effectively in a sales context.
- Show excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients.
- Be willing to travel within the U.S. to meet with clients and prospects.
- Reside permanently and currently in the U.S. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the US at this time even if you're willing to work during US time zones.

- Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have experience using Salesforce, Zoominfo, SalesLoft (or other outreach software), and proposal tools like CPQ

Compensation: This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our OTE is $100,000 - $125,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
