Software Engineer II - Ordering Platform

The Job
We are looking for a software engineer that is passionate about building and supporting the platform that abstracts the Invitae ordering life-cycle into a delightful platform of apis. The ordering life-cycle for Invitae includes cart, requisition, pricing, results and report management.
Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining distributed systems.
- Has designed an application or system.
- Runs towards problems to solve.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Strong programmer.
- Security oriented.
- Interest in learning about authentication, authorization and auditing.
- Interest in cloud identity providers (Okta, Auth0, AWS Cognito)
- 2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
