In Search Of:  Full-Stack Web Developer & IT Support 

Employee to work 20-25 hours per week with the possibility to extend to full-time. Ideal candidate is located in the Golden, CO metro area; relocation unavailable. Remote work expected. Expected start date: July 1, 2021.

Skills Needed:
•    Full-stack .NET developer
•    Familiarity with AWS (EC2 and S3)
•    Familiarity with cybersecurity and government compliance
•    Familiarity with intermediate IT needs for a small business
•    Awareness of 3D CAD software platforms
•    Ability to mentor, coach, collaborate with other adults
•    Strong English written communication skills – a writing sample will be requested

Anticipated work breakdown: 70% full-stack web development, 15% IT support, 15% CAD software tool administration.

Responsibilities:
•    Development and maintenance of .NET application hosted on AWS EC2 and S3
•    Maintenance of cybersecurity POA&M to meet government compliance (e.g., NIST SP 800-171)
•    Physical management of 3D CAD software license server located in Golden, CO
•    Writing and maintaining configuration scripts to install CAD software (e.g., SOLIDWORKS, NX, Creo, Inventor)
•    Responsible for company hardware assets, including setup, and restoration
•    Responsible for company license allocation, installation, and maintenance of all software assets
•    Intermediate IT support for small team (less than 10 people)
•    Organization and ability to work independently and in a team environment
•    Efficient, effective remote work with Agile collaboration and task allocation (we use scrum per the scrumalliance.org)
•    Communication and project management with tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Wrike, and Stormboard

Experience:
•    Full stack .NET development of 3+ years
•    Intermediate IT support for 1+ years
•    Collaboration with a small team on live documents

Compensation: $60 to $80 per hour, paid hourly, commensurate with experience.
