The Director of Tech Ops is the person accountable for the operational excellence of our live services and infrastructure. Overseeing both our infrastructure team and our internal tooling team, building security, resilience and operability into our function is the key objective.

Whilst we continue to drive towards an owned and operated model with our product teams, this is a transitional journey and management of the live service is a key responsibility. You will help build and transfer relevant skills and best practice to the development teams whilst continuing to be held accountable for overall security and availability for key systems (internally and externally).

You will also serve as part of the Engineering SLT and bring perspective and experience to that team.
