The Software Impl. Specialist (Data Collection & Entry) role lives within the customer engagement arm of Granicus's govService Host Compliance product family and is a member of the Implementation Services and Customer Experience (Support and Success) teams. These teams help customers (government agencies) transform the citizen experience.
As an Implementation Specialist you will provide operational support towards the implementation and deep adoption of products across our customer base. To be successful in this role you need to be customer-centric, detail-oriented and data-savvy.
What You'll Do:

• Analyze online advertisements for vacation rental properties
• Ensure consistent quality of our client's data
• Gain competency in and specialization within the full suite of processes and tools utilized by the team to deliver high quality services and products
• Support Implementation Services, Customer Experience, and Technical teams to troubleshoot issues and problems that customers and/or other team members are having with our systems or product
• Contribute to continuous process improvements within the team
• Documentation - assist with the creation and maintenance of our internal knowledge base
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Skills & Requirements
Who You Are:

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets - can analyse and manipulate large data sets
• Interested in maps and physical/cultural geography
• Experienced with web mapping platforms such as Google Maps and Bing Maps
• Experienced working or familiarity with bug tracking systems; Jira is a plus
• Experienced working or familiarity with customer relationship management tools; Salesforce is a plus
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy - in thinking and execution
• Have excellent communication skills - listening, verbal, and written
• Able to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team, some remote
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excited about expanding knowledge and skills, and the ability to do so quickly
• Dedicated to quality work output
• Value the importance of user experience
