About the Team
The Client Services Middle Office Team maintains the books and records for collateral managers that have outsourced middle office operations. We reconcile and maintain data on their behalf as well as review monthly and quarterly reports.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior CLO Business Analyst, you will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements for CLO clients, deals, processes, and systems.

  • Identify and document business processes for current and new CLO clients
  • Analyze metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and an understanding of client business systems and requirements.
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into system requirement specifications
  • Document how applications and systems interact to support business processes
  • Assess, apply, and project the impact of system changes on users, as well as internal and external clients/stakeholders
  • Use knowledge of systems and industry requirements to develop or modify complex information systems
  • Conduct various quality/coverage tests using client data to ensure client needs will be met

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Typically, at least 4-5 years of financial services industry experience in structured finance operations and/or institutional assets, and one or more years of leadership responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially with Excel in calculating cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting, along with basic knowledge of how internal systems work
  • Working knowledge of CLO/CDOs or syndicated loans in a client-facing role
  • Understanding and ability to explain the calculation of various tests within CLOs
  • Understanding and ability to explain waterfall calculations
  • Detail-oriented and capable of making independent decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Familiarity with trust systems (CDO Suite, Solvas, or similar)
  • Experience with CLO warehousing
