Zoom is looking for a Digital & Online Analytics Group Manager to lead and scale a team focused on generating insights on Zoom’s online and B2B business to inform our strategic initiatives, product roadmap and optimization plans. You are a leader who gets excited about data and its ability to drive strategy and accelerate decision making across the organization. You will build and execute a strategy that delivers transparent, accurate, and actionable data to support revenue driving initiatives. Key cross functional stakeholders will be Marketing Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has hands-on experience with multiple analytics systems and methods, and also knows how to set strategy to inspire a team and achieve growth goals. This candidate must be able to think strategically and tactically and be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a high growth company. Passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set the overall digital and online analytics strategy that defines the team’s priorities and goals and empowers marketing to use data to define, set, and achieve the right goals for growth
Lead, manage and grow the digital & online analytics team to scale with the business and optimize against business targets
Define and apply appropriate marketing metrics, measurement methods, and experimentation processes to power a technologically-sophisticated, data-driven marketing program across both paid and non-paid channels
Partner with our Digital & Online, Marketing Operations, Data Science, and Finance to drive reporting, forecasting, and planning
Build out the ability to capture, manage, and action audiences to drive digital and ABM growth strategies
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to develop and improve our Digital & Online analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines and predictive models
Influence senior management thinking and decision making through credibly representing the Digital & Online and Analytics perspective
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new analytics products and new features within existing platforms
7+ years of experience leading digital analytics
3+ years of managing internal teams
Proven track record of leading analytics to drive data driven decision making and meaningful growth
In-depth understanding of general digital analytics best practices for B2B and consumer
Deep understanding of the digital & online customer journey and how to leverage data and analysis to inform revenue driving strategies
Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to be hands on
Experience optimizing the performance of digital and online marketing campaigns
Experience working with Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Optimizely and other digital and marketing analytics tools
Effective analytics management skills: you know how to prioritize the highest-impact work, and how to effectively coach and empower a team of analysts
Self-motivated, team-player that is able to influence cross-functional teams and leaders
