Compensation Analyst

Position Description
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting with administering corporate compensation policies and programs including calculation of the Performance Compensation Incentive Plan (PCIP). The role will also assist with the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration, the quarterly compensation performance review process and may also conduct market analysis based on industry/peer market data. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and first level support to employees and HR team members as needed.
Responsibilities
Support the quarterly PCIP process and short-term and long-term incentive calculations including data manipulation and audit, coordination with payroll, and development and distribution of individual employee communication.
Partners with HR Business Partners and HRIS to ensure employee data is accurate and up to date.
Works with our third-party vendor on LTI plan administration and support.
Researches and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related issues.
Participates in design and support of Workday compensation automation and administration.
Reviews proposed promotions for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
Provide ad-hoc analytical and logistical support through quarterly performance review cycle
Assist with the compensation survey submissions to third-party compensation benchmarking survey providers
Reviews requests for new or revised jobs to determine appropriate total compensation range, FLSA classification, organizational structures, etc.
Work on compensation projects as needed in a face-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
2 years compensation administration or Finance experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Intermediate knowledge of HRIS systems (i.e. Workday, SAP, etc.).
Ability to work independently with little guidance.
Knowledge of compensation practices and laws.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively and work under pressure deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.

Base salary range: $68,696-$74,856
