Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to our clients that are live on the software
  • Triage, monitor, follow-up and resolve tickets with appropriate urgency
  • Coordinate and engage other BC functional and technical experts on resolving complex issues or requests, ensuring timely communication with client at all times
  • Apply experience and knowledge while working with deployed clients to share best practices, identify functional gaps, gather functional requirements, recommend solutions including BC configuration, Apps and/or enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Identify and document customer requirements for new features. Effectively coordinate with development resources to build and deliver custom solutions and integrations
  • Manage and execute the bi-annual major release program for all clients and related environments
  • Support the account management team, identify opportunities with clients, participate in annual business review and planning calls with our clients
  • Improve the client experience by staying current on emerging Microsoft technologies and released critical updates for Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Create articles and how-to documents to build out Knowledge Management System
  • Embrace and leverage a collaborative approach across a multitude of roles and situations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, MIS, accounting, engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with software consulting and/or support, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application
  • Strong technical aptitude including understanding and experience with the development process and PTE's
  • Knowledge and experience with the Business Central ecosystem of ISV's and App partners and solutions
  • Ability to work directly with clients, individually or with a team, in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality and detail, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by phone, video or in-person
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive client requests with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV certifications preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $75,000 to $130,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
