As the API Partner Integrations and Onboarding Specialist, assume accountability for maintaining integration success for consumers of products within the DHI API portfolio and provide front-line feedback from our partners and clients to shape future roadmaps.

With a specific focus on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partner API integrations, define processes and assist partners with onboarding implementation. With insight into API best-practices, collaboration from internal stakeholders, and awareness of customer pain-points, this position will provide a voice for our partners and clients thus ensuring product solutions that provide sustainable customer value. The position will work closely with Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Software Development to deliver world class recruitment service capabilities to market.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and manage partner API integrations
  • Define onboarding processes to ensure streamlined and optimal partner and client API integration and utilization
  • Participate in functional testing, quality assurance, deployment and maintenance of partner API integrations
  • Serve as first level of escalation for our partners to triage service disruption, bugs, or inaccuracies, identifying required next steps to address issues
  • Serve as key stakeholder to Product Management for requirements gathering, new features, and product priorities as they relate to the ATS API partner portfolio
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of current APIs, assessing challenges, developing new methods when issues arise
  • Liaise with our partners to triage service disruptions and identify required changes to bring API back online; troubleshooting includes working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools
  • Gain a deep understanding of business needs and market trends, through client interaction and other market research
  • Work in collaboration with Data Insights and Product to Create and analyze metrics to ensure integration health and utilization.
  • Functional testing of APIs as part of development and implementation
  • Manage and maintain an ongoing relationship between the internal stakeholders and our partners; internal stakeholders include, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Software Development
  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Engineering, help establish support processes

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven experience with implementing API integrations
  • Expertise in defining and evolving API and/or technical onboarding documentation
  • Experience with tools used to debug, analyze flows, run API requests and manage configuration
  • Experience working in high volume data environments with data science and software engineering resources.
  • Ability to provide guidance and implementation support to both the technical and business application teams on systems interfacing with integration platform
  • Must be able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must possess a strong desire to deliver superior results
  • Heavily analytical mindset with an ability to use data to define and support digital product strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and communicate at all organizational levels
  • Success in managing both internal and external business, vendor and client relationships with a focus on collaboration and transparent communication
  • Ability to analyze data, gain insights and foresee, interpret and respond to changes
  • Ability to anticipate and effectively solve complex problems
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to seamlessly multi-task
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to occasionally travel

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer information systems, business, marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant API integration experience including 3+ years in a partner onboarding or solutions consultant role
  • ATS and/or job board experience is a plus
