Security Product Manager
US-Remote / Full-Time
As a Product Security Architect at Zoom you will lead product security architecture with a focus on creating the foundation for security, machine learning, and trust for Zoom.

• Drive security architecture vision and roadmap. Balance customer, product, business, and executive requirements as you lead the architecture vision for Zoom product security and drive the adoption of security best-practices at Zoom
• Utilize, design, or partner with authentication, authorization, and key management platforms for Identity and resource control
• Engage with product, architecture, engineering, and legal teams to design new security frameworks, APIs, and services for the current and future Zoom verticals (education, medicine, financial...)
• Identify gaps in product roadmaps, design, product architecture, and network architecture with a goal to specify and build innovative technology to manifest trust in the Zoom platform
• Understand best practices in the industry and drives implementation at Zoom
• Drive organization and leadership of security subject matter experts inside of Zoom. Act as a subject-matter expert around security and access in AWS, but also be aware of other cloud hosting platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure)
• Engage with product management on roadmap, release and development
• Lead technical solution design, implementation, and vectors for certification. Work with customers to understand their needs and requirements as well as supporting any conversations around technical implementation
• Provide technical thought leadership and industry influence.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and solutions
• Lead strategic technical engagements directly with customers
• Pursue thought leadership opportunities to educate the Zoom security platform
• Develop architecture documents and white papers that are consumable by multiple stakeholders with varying degrees of security expertise

Skills Required:

• Security architecture expertise
• Subject matter expert in authentication, authorization, distributed trust and key management
• Familiarity with applied cryptography: methods and implementation
• Minimum 10 years experience in software engineering specific focus on security that is directly tied to enterprise and consumer products and services (voice, video, data)
• Ability to architect, design, and develop security architecture specification
• Create, present and document technical solutions
• Extensive experience with cloud based services that terminate at SaaS and traditional software endpoints
• Experience with fragmented client ecosystems that consume real time services
• Demonstrated understanding of security technologies at scale
• Demonstrated understanding of machine learning concepts & technologies
• Formulate and communicate a technical solution / vision
• Understand Zoom partner and ecosystem partners, products and applications
• Ability to influence multiple technology stakeholders
• AWS, Azure, or GCP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 10+ years interfacing with internal product stakeholders and executive leadership. Customer experience preferred but not required
• BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$145,260.00 USD
Maximum :
$268,740.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom's benefits is here . Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
