Sales Operations Manager, Process & Systems
What We are Looking For
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager, Process & Systems to join our global, diverse GTM Process and Systems team. This cross-functional role works on a team that partners with our Sales, Marketing and IT organizations in developing new experiences and processes (combination of business process and technical work). You will own specific tools and corresponding parts of the GTM process. This role is a combination of hands-on experiences, strategic process development. You will report into our Manager of GTM Acceleration.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategy for tools and data used for prospecting and building pipeline
Function as Subject Matter Expert for tools and data from those tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Leadspace, Leandata, etc)
Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues related to the sales tools portfolio
Work directly with field sales, sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback for technology improvements and to drive adoption
Partner with Sales Enablement to develop training to help peers, partners and users become more effective in their use of the tools
Develop and maintain documentation on tools and best practices
Manage licenses and tool maintenance, upgrades, and security reviews
Improve operational efficiencies through a combination of process, technology, and automation to drive sales productivity and insight
Drive behaviors to maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively impacting sales leadership’s ability to adjust strategy and tactics
Measure tool effectiveness and use data and success metrics to guide tech stack roadmap, strategy, and optimization tactics
Champion our Sales Team and work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales Operations, and IT, in driving scalability and efficiency into our sales processes
Actively participate in roadmap identification and prioritization with Business and IT partners
Actively participate in evaluations, testing and training of all technologies serving our Sales teams
Skills and Experience You Should Have
5+ years of relevant work experience solving technical business problems
Direct experience in managing and driving value from sales technologies (ZoomInfo, Outreach, Chorus, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Leandata, etc)
Direct experience in managing vendor relationships
Understanding of core SaaS B2B technology business Sales and Marketing processes (lead management, outbound prospecting)
Direct experience with managing person & account enrichment data and account hierarchy
Proactive and passionate independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources and delivering results in challenging situations
Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skill
Experience working and communicating with senior executives to solve complex business problems
Bring clear thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
Governs themselves with unquestionable ethics
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$82,350.00 USD
Maximum :
$160,560.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
