IT Administrator

The IT Administrator will play a vital role in supporting Arturo’s technical operations and infrastructure by maintaining, updating, and managing software, hardware, and networks.
What you will do:
- Maintain the organizational IT network, servers, and security systems
- Investigate and analyze network issues, gather IT use cases, advise recommendations, and carry out daily configuration and installation of IT solutions and services
- Complete system installs and upgrades
- Manage network security
- Support a geographically dispersed workforce
- Manage a fleet of Apple computers via MDM
- Oversee data storage and retrieval systems
- Upgrade existing hardware and software programs
- Install and implement effective security systems
- Manage data backup and retrieval processes
- Troubleshoot problems with systems and programs
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information, Security, or related areas or equivalent work experience
- Experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Experience with MacOS and iPadOS
- Experience managing devices via MDM
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with all aspects of project management, such as budgeting and scheduling
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently, manage teams, and apply analytical skills
- Familiarity with various security hardware and software
- A complete understanding of all aspects of computer networking, from firewall configuration to wireless access
- Resourcefulness
Nice to have:

- MSCE certification
