As a Training and Administrative Support Analyst in Xactly's Denver office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support a variety of customers including working with Sales and Professional Services to guarantee that customers are successfully adopting our product. We are seeking engaging, adaptable, attentive, customer focus individuals who are confident at problem solving and being customer friendly team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Training Orders & Quotes (SFDC & Steelbrick)
  • Process Training CC Invoicing (Square)
  • Process Registrations (GoToTraining)
  • Manage course attendance Records (SFDC) (XLS)
  • Send out class confirmations
  • Administer Xactly Training Website Updates
  • Answer general training questions
  • Process approvals for training discounts
  • Manage Education revenue forecast
  • Will provide ad-hoc PS Admin support as required

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent customer service skills; 1+ years experience working directly with customers in a Customer Service or Education Admin related role
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to work as a positive team member, either individually or as a group
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Document
