Technical Support Representative: Overview
zingfit is in search of two Technical Support Representatives to work out of our Louisville, Colorado office on evenings and weekends. Our company builds and markets a leading scheduling and engagement platform for boutique fitness studios. We’re a fast-growing innovative organization seeking self-motivated, tech-savvy professionals who strive to be part of a winning team. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
We are hiring for TWO representatives, one is spanish/english bi-lingual required and the other is bi-lingual preferred but not required.
What you’ll do:
- Enthusiastically respond to technical support requests through phone and email (Zendesk)
- Empathize with the customer and be their advocate on escalations
- Proactively solve customer support problems that arise
- Help users with purchases, program sign-up processes, payment issues, general troubleshooting, general “how do I’s”
- Learn all the ‘ins and outs’ of zingfit’s product and services to properly assist users with selecting the appropriate products/programs for their needs
- Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities
- Assist other departments with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Escalate the appropriate issues to tier three support and engineering
- Become a trainer for the platform and conduct customer trainings on a regular basis

Requirements:
- High Energy, optimistic outlook and positive attitude
- This shift is Saturday-Wednesday 3:30pm-midnight (Mountain time)
- Zendesk experience preferred
- Empathetic approach to troubleshooting and customer service
- Turns obstacles into successes
- Quick learner, willing to take initiative, and has great follow-through
- Strong listening skills and analytic abilities
- 1-3 years providing professional customer support preferred
- Proactive, critical thinking problem-solving skills required
- 1-3 years of Technical background
- Bilingual Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus!
