Technical Account Manager
As Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering on the company’s alliances with managed services provider (MSP) aggregators and our mutual MSP partners. You will work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team responsible for executing on and taking care of our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple departments across Webroot, including Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Development. The successful candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships, possess superb oral and written communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and demonstrate a comprehensive ability to drive ‘big picture’ goals while at the same time satisfying smaller, partner-level daily requirements.
Activities and Responsibilities
- Take a true hospitality-driven approach to working with our alliance and MSP partners
- Proficiency at sales and deeper technical levels on all Webroot MSP products, RMM, and PSA alliance solutions. Ability to explain and demonstrate these solutions and the underlying technology at business and technical levels
- Represent Webroot at partner events, joint marketing events and conferences, and other field activities including MSP partner on-site visits
- Work cross organizationally to meet daily partner requirements (sales, technical enablement, training, licensing setup) while also driving core business deliverables (support process, licensing management, sales data reporting, marketing activities)
- Understand and implement the Webroot sales model to deliver clear and predictable results
- Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis
