At Waffle.io we’re helping software teams improve the way they track work by automating the way developers track their status.

 

We’re hiring a Sr Customer Success Manager to help our customers be successful in our product. You’ll wear a couple of hats to be successful in this role:

  • Farm, don’t hunt: Deeply understand how our customers work and what problems Waffle solves for them, and how to help them improve their practices. A focus on retaining customers vs selling.
  • Use data to make decisions: Build dashboards and graphs with data from mixpanel to determine customer health and maturity to proactively reach out to customers and suggest how to improve their workflow.
  • Build customer integrations: Work with our API to help customers customize their use of Waffle.
  • Build long-term relationships: Understand when customers are ready to grow and have those critical conversations to reach decision makers
  • Become an expert in how developers track work: Teams work in many ways, and you’ll collaborate with them to help them continuously improve by tailoring Waffle to what makes sense for them.

 

Qaulifications:

  • 2+ years in a customer facing role: Sales Engineer, Sales, or Customer Success
  • - 1+ year working with engineering teams: As a developer, product manager, or a customer facing role at a company targeting developers
  • - General technical expertise enabling you to have meaningful conversations with developers on whatever they're working on, across the industry
  • - Public speaking acumen, experience delivering virtual webinars and in person talks to groups of 20 or more people
