SUMMARY

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the timely and quality completion of an order through coordination with the assigned Account Executives, MSR team, modelers and available resources.  You will be responsible for assisting Account Executives in development of their accounts.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Order Management

◦           Entry of Order into Order Management System

◦           Tracking Orders through to completion

◦           Interface with modeling and operations during order process

◦           Ensure accuracy of order

◦           Ensure orders are fulfilled by order due date

◦           Communicate with Account Executive on Order status

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client’s business
  • Participate in product and system testing as required
  • Attend and participate in client reviews
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Wunderman Data Products' products and best practices

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas: an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

•           Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

•           Minimum of 1-year prior data entry experience required

•           Detail oriented relating to data entry, problem solving, and information/process analysis

•           PC proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

•           Type 60+ words per minute

•           Have excellent interpersonal, communications, and customer service skills

•           Prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines

•           Manage multiple tasks and high volume workload

•           Receive work direction from multiple people

•           Ability to thrive in a demanding, quick turnaround environment
