Well Data Labs is a team focused on bringing modern software design and usability to the oilfield. Our product is a modern web application that manages, analyzes, and reports Frac Data for Completions Engineers and other industry experts. 

We work side-by-side with our customers to give them superpowers! Well, maybe not the kind of superpowers Marvel characters might have, but super powers for Completions Engineers - analyzing data in seconds!

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and customer-focused Head of Customer Experience to join our team and help take us to the next level!

Strategic Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role

  • Provide day-to-day management for the customer support and customer success (customer on-boarding) teams ensuring they are successful in meeting customer needs and performance objectives
  • Create scalable, best-in-class strategies that will deliver a consistent customer experience 
  • Create and deliver training programs to support users and improve engagement in the Well Data Labs application
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and work with all departments at Well Data Labs to improve processes 
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams to launch and support new products and features

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years managing people; 5-7 years experience in a customer experience/success role at a high-growth startup or established company
  • Experience building and leading a SaaS company Customer Experience/Success department
  • Track record for forward and innovative thinking
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills 
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience industry trends, best practices, and technology capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
