Approximately 1,500 refugees are resettled in Colorado each year, many of whom face barriers to employment and struggle to find reliable, flexible and dignified employment.

As a Customer Service Representative joining the design, sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will work closely the design team, answering and screening calls, responding to emails, assisting in live design and meeting scheduling, responding to customer questions and comments on social media, and additional tasks as needed. It is your job to effectively communicate with our customers in an informative, professional and engaging way.

Success in this role is highly dependent upon your ability to effectively communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. You will need to manage the customer’s experience and expectations, while understanding and working within the limitations of the design, manufacturing and sales process.

You will also be assisting both the production and marketing team. Production responsibilities may include reviewing print quality, cutting and processing fabric for production, and preparing packaging and shipping materials. Marketing tasks include social media and blog content creation, website maintenance, and administrative tasks as needed.
