The Job

Our Customer Service Specialists interact directly with customers, by phone and email, as well other FWI departments to train customers on how to use our software. This role has significant impact on the customer experience with FWI. 

Qualifications

You

You love working with people and are a natural trainer. You have 1-3 years of experience in customer support, tech savvy. You have excellent training and communication skills.
