Customer Care Agent
Our client base is growing so it’s time to expand our customer care team. We need your Salesforce knowledge and superpower problem solving talents on our care team. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up related to client questions and issues for our products, services, and partnerships
- Focusing on customer retention and advocacy by providing onboarding and adoption services
- Facilitating support services delivery through participation in email and telephone support rotations
- Utilizing remote assistance tools, documenting customer issues and solutions via internal case management system
- Collaborating in a team-based environment to give and receive insight to aid in customer inquiries
- Identifying internal workflow and process change opportunities and communicate those with leadership
What you’ll bring to the team:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in information technology or related field
- 2+ years in a formal customer service/support role, you enjoy assisting customer over the phone
- Extra points for Salesforce Administrator Certification – 101 will do it!
- Strong command of the English Language with refined written and phone communication
- Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
