CRM/KM Delivery Manager
Reports to: Director
Location: Remote
Employment: Part Time Temporary 20 hours a week for 6 months
We are hiring a high caliber CRM / Knowledge Management Delivery Manager with hands-on experience managing the implementation of CRM/KM solutions. This individual will drive innovative solutions, act as a trusted adviser to our clients, collaborate with leadership and manage delivery teams that are specifically focused on knowledge management deployments. This position is part time temporary employment (project-based employment 6 months).
How you'll make an impact:

• complex, enterprise-level projects and develop long term customer relationships
• delivery teams and ensure quality of deliverables
• direction to client stakeholders and leadership regarding the design and implementation of cloud CRM/KM solutions, as well as best practices with knowledge management.
• a key role in professional development of consultants and development resources.
• client expectations, project quality, risk and issue escalation with client and Eventus leadership

Qualifications for success:

• 5 or more years with hands-on project management or consulting experience, with working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• running large projects in a professional services organization
• experience delivering customer experience, CRM, or knowledge management solutions.
• and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• management skills, including working in a fast paced environment where results are achieved by leading cross-functional teams
• to effectively facilitate meetings
• managing client expectations and having difficult conversations
• degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university

Applicants can expect to make between $70.00 $100.00 an hour upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
