Candidate Profile

We are looking for a passionate Client Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

 

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers and identifying key business executives and decision-makers. A self-driven individual, with a strong customer service background as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment is essential.  Your success will be based on the ability to effectively be the liaison between internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product and services. While building relationships are key, there is a strong focus on attention to detail and time management which are essential skills for this role. Prior experience with corporate housing and/or relationship-based account management and customer service is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Timely successfully deliver of our product and services
  • Identify and help grow opportunities within your portfolio
  • Clear communication on all matters involved to your clients

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated the ability to communicate and influence credibility on all levels of the organization
  • Experience in client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities while paying attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • BA/BS degree
