Training Coordinator, Platform Training

We are looking for a talented and energetic person to join the Training & Development team as a Platform Training Coordinator. This position is perfect for someone with experience in the SpotX platform looking for exposure to all types of training responsibilities within a fast-growing technology company. The Platform Training team works as a liaison between Product, Product Marketing, Training and the rest of the global organization to clearly communicate functionalities and business use-cases for new and existing products.
Making an immediate impact:
- Work with internal subject matter experts to develop training materials including e-learning curriculums, videos, infographics & more. Your final products will ensure every employee is intimately familiar with the features and functionalities of products that make our clients successful
- Distill large volumes of technical information into short, easy to understand training materials.
- Assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of training materials that "wow" employees and clients alike.
- Coordinate to ensure consistency between various SpotX content creation teams such as Marketing and Product Marketing.
- Identify opportunities for internal teams where technical SpotX Platform knowledge can make an impact on success.
- Work with the team to shape and develop the future of the SpotX training strategy.
Needed SpotX'er talents:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years work experience, technical writing is a plus
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud (Captivate, InDesign, Illustrator) and Cornerstone LMS, or demonstrated ability to learn new software packages
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proactive project management skills – initiative, planning, organizing, prioritizing and managing steps to successful completion
- Driven, solution-oriented and has ability to overcome obstacles to drive projects through completion
- Comfortable with and receptive to feedback; quick to apply changes
- Very strong focus on attention to detail and information accuracy
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term projects
- Is flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on environment
