OnDeck is growing fast! Our People Operations team successfully added more than 200 people to the OnDeck team in 2015. We are looking for a nimble, creative, curious and entrepreneurial recruiter to focus on growing our team in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity to own and build the talent acquisition function in our Denver office. This role requires a balance of strong business partnership and hands-on recruitment skills. You’ll act as a true talent advisor, partnering closely with the business to set recruitment goals & process to attract and hire top talent.
What you offer us:
- 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience of a variety of roles including sales, operations, technology and corporate.
- Experience recruiting top tier talent using diverse and creative sourcing methods.
- A high level of interpersonal savvy and the ability to establish and maintain positive rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Track record of success in owning an executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines.
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- Ability to adapt to and articulate the company's mission, vision, values, products, and culture.
- Proven success delivering customer service through relationship building and understanding of the business.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high level of energy and a sense of humor.
In this role you will:
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the Denver talent market.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to understand hiring needs; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Drive pipeline creation in support of your business partners.
- Develop strong, influential business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
